MEET LIVE USER AGREEMENTAGREEMENT

Welcome to Meet Live.

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the Meet Live mobile application, website, live streaming services, features, content, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Meet Live Team ("Meet Live", "we", "our", or "us").

By creating an account, accessing, or using Meet Live, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not access or use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Meet Live.

By using Meet Live, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• The information you provide is accurate and up to date.
• You are legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Meet Live may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that the user is under 18, has provided false information, or has violated this Agreement.

2. Account Registration and Security

Certain features require you to create an account.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information.
• Keeping your login credentials confidential.
• Protecting your account from unauthorized access.
• All activities conducted through your account.

You must not sell, transfer, rent, or otherwise provide your account to another person without authorization from Meet Live.

If you believe your account has been compromised, you should contact Meet Live support immediately.

3. Live Streaming

Meet Live allows users to create and participate in live streams and interact with other users.

Users are responsible for all content they upload, broadcast, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Service.

Live-streaming content must comply with this Agreement and the Meet Live Community Guidelines.

You must not use the Service to broadcast or distribute:

• Pornographic or sexually explicit content.
• Sexual exploitation or content involving minors.
• Violence or graphic content intended to shock or promote harm.
• Harassment, threats, bullying, or intimidation.
• Hate or discriminatory content.
• Fraudulent or deceptive content.
• Illegal activities.
• Content that infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Content that violates applicable law.

Meet Live may review, restrict, remove, or disable content that violates our rules.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Create accounts using misleading or fraudulent information.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Attempt to obtain another user's password or account information.
• Use bots, automation, exploits, or unauthorized software.
• Manipulate rankings, rewards, gifts, or other platform features.
• Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of Meet Live.
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Circumvent any account restriction, suspension, or ban.

5. Virtual Currency, Coins, Gifts and Rewards

Meet Live may provide virtual items, coins, gifts, points, rewards, or similar digital features ("Virtual Items").

Virtual Items:

• Have no cash value unless expressly stated by Meet Live.
• Are not physical property.
• May not be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside the Service.
• May be subject to limits, expiration rules, or other conditions.
• May be adjusted or discontinued where permitted by applicable law.

Virtual gifts and rewards may be subject to additional rules displayed within the application.

Meet Live reserves the right to investigate suspicious or fraudulent transactions and take appropriate action.

6. Hosts and Rewards

Users participating as hosts may be eligible for rewards or other benefits according to Meet Live's applicable host program rules.

Host rewards may depend on factors including live-streaming activity, eligibility, platform policies, account status, and applicable program requirements.

Meet Live may modify, suspend, or terminate a host program or its reward structure when permitted by law.

Any withdrawal request may be subject to eligibility requirements, verification, minimum withdrawal limits, processing procedures, applicable fees, and applicable laws.

7. Payments and Transactions

Where paid features are available, payments may be processed through third-party payment providers or applicable app-store payment systems.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize applicable charges.

Meet Live may refuse, reverse, suspend, or investigate a transaction where there is evidence of fraud, unauthorized activity, technical error, abuse, or violation of this Agreement.

8. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content that you lawfully own and upload to Meet Live.

By submitting content to the Service, you grant Meet Live a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, promote, and improve the Service, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the content.

9. Intellectual Property

The Meet Live name, logo, software, design, interface, graphics, trademarks, service marks, and other platform materials are owned by or licensed to Meet Live and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without prior written authorization, except where permitted by law.

10. Safety and Reporting

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this Agreement or our Community Guidelines, you may report it through the reporting or support features provided by Meet Live.

Meet Live may investigate reports and take action, including removing content, restricting features, suspending accounts, or terminating accounts.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

Meet Live may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if:

• You violate this Agreement or Community Guidelines.
• You provide false or misleading information.
• You engage in fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity.
• You use the Service in a manner that may harm other users or Meet Live.
• We are required to do so by law or a valid legal request.
• We reasonably determine that action is necessary to protect the Service or its users.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Termination may result in loss of access to your account, content, Virtual Items, rewards, or other account-related features, subject to applicable law and any rights you may have.

12. Privacy

Your use of Meet Live is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.

By using Meet Live, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.

13. Third-Party Services

Meet Live may integrate with third-party services, platforms, payment providers, advertising providers, or other external services.

Meet Live is not responsible for third-party services that are outside our control. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

14. Service Availability

Meet Live does not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• Maintenance.
• Technical problems.
• Software updates.
• Network failures.
• Security incidents.
• Events beyond our reasonable control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service where permitted by law.

15. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Meet Live provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will meet every user's requirements.
• The Service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
• User-generated content will always be accurate or reliable.
• The Service will be free from all security vulnerabilities.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Meet Live and its team, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Meet Live and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of this Agreement.
• Your misuse of the Service.
• Your content.
• Your violation of another person's rights.
• Your violation of applicable laws.

18. Changes to This Agreement

Meet Live may update this Agreement from time to time.

When material changes are made, we may provide notice through the application, website, or other reasonable means.

Your continued use of Meet Live after the updated Agreement becomes effective means that you accept the revised Agreement.

19. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Meet Live operates, except where mandatory consumer-protection or other applicable laws provide otherwise.

Any dispute shall be handled in accordance with applicable law and the appropriate competent authorities or courts.
